Information we collect
When you contact us or apply for a trade account we collect the details you choose to give us — such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, delivery postcode and the products you are interested in.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and send price lists you request.
- To open and manage trade accounts, process orders and arrange delivery.
- To send invoices and keep the business records we are required to keep by law.
We will only send you marketing about new products and offers if you are an existing customer or have agreed to it, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (for example delivery partners, email and accounting providers), and only as needed.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months. Account and transaction records are kept for six years to meet UK accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email info@ataservice.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash, which may log basic technical information such as your IP address.
